Meeting Room A -Lower Level, Avon-Washington Township Public Library

Booking Period: Between 30 minutes and 10 hours
Meeting Room A has an occupancy of 60 when including tables and chairs and an occupancy of 100 with only chairs. The room is equipped with a projector and laptop for a fee of $10.00 per meeting. Food and drink are permissible, but carries a fee of $20.00 per meeting. Craft activities are charged $20.00 per meeting. For-profit organizations are charged $25.00 per hour. Other fees can be found in our Meeting Room Policy. A dry erase board/markers, podium, and screen are available at no charge. Check out is 15 minutes or less prior to closing time. Room moderators must check-in at the Circulation Desk and check-out and report attendance numbers at the Circulation Desk before closing.
Bathrooms and a water fountain are available along the hallway next to the meeting room.
All meeting rooms are accessible via an elevator located on the main level off the Teen area.
Meeting Room A can hold 100+ people with chairs only-with tables and chairs 60 people.
